We need a list (in utf-8) that looks like
<code>? = “AE”</code>
where ? is the glyph, and AE consists of one or more ascii characters that should be used instead for the url-title.
If you are replacing glyphs that already have a transliteration in the file, you have to mark them for us, so we put them in a special section that only gets applied when using icelandic.

I have a problem with icelandic in popup comments.
The form diplays icelandic names like Vefpóstur(email) and Skilaboð(Message body) with the famous questionmarks, but the message prints out normally after submitting with icelandic letters.
Seems like the text from the transilation makes the error.

The content-type header is not set correctly for popup comments. This will be fixed in the the next release.
In the meantime, you can open textpattern/publish.php and find the line
<code>
exit(popComments(gps(‘parentid’)));
</code>
and replace it with:
<code>
header(“Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8”);
exit(popComments(gps(‘parentid’)));
</code>
