Re: [phw_sandSpace], an admin theme for TXP CMS 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9-dev
Version 4.8.8.3 update-and-bug-fix release:
- various improvements for users of forced-color mode OS settings (Windows)
- improvement (?) the notification box / message pane has moved up a little higher
- the various icons are slightly larger to improve accessibility
- reverted the use of dynamic viewport units as that did not work well in the context of this stylesheet
- corrected a fatal typo, the new monospace font on Windows is ‘Cascadia Code’ not
Cascade Code(gremlins did it…?) - various minor bug fixes

Now available: Sandspace 4.8.8.4, another round of minor bug fixes, fine tuning and improvements. Of note: some browsers will now show an indicator for required input fields – browser support for has()
is needed.

as fallback for older browsers.

Re: [phw_sandSpace], an admin theme for TXP CMS 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9-dev
Sandspace 4.9.0 beta 5
- slightly tentative, support for the refreshed Edit file panel
- support for the modernised Preview widget on the Write panel (WIP), equally tentative pending core code changes – of note, the little toolbar inside the Preview panel is now sticky.
- the usual bug fixes and fine tuning and optimising
- now minified with PostCSS / CSSNano1

1 I don’t really like that combo and much much prefer CleanCSS. The latter however is on a slow motion maintenance release schedule and various bugs are making it too hard to use, unfortunately :-(.

Nicely done. Could the message pane in warning|error states blink a bit? I’m getting paranoic with this preview thing.

Hmm. Maybe ? Gotta think something – for users who have not set “reduce motion / animation”in the system settings only, perhaps.

Re: [phw_sandSpace], an admin theme for TXP CMS 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9-dev
Sandspace 4.9.0 beta 5b – with some experimental blinking of the message pane for errors or warnings. No changes for users for users who have turned on “reduce motion / animation” in the OS settings.

Does the above work ? If yes, I’ll fine tune it a little next week.
(I am not a great person to test that kind of things actually)
