Re: [phw_sandSpace], an admin theme for TXP CMS 4.7 and 4.8
An update with minor bug fixes, ready for Textpattern 4.8.3
Some ad & content blockers had started hiding the “back to top” link at the bottom of the page. This update includes a workaround for that (hiding elements with the .to-top
css class and/or elements with aria-label="back to top"
).

Re: [phw_sandSpace], an admin theme for TXP CMS 4.7 and 4.8
Ready for Textpattern 4.8.4, with the usual small bug fixes.
This version introduces tentative support for Windows 10 High Contrast themes for Chromium based browsers. I cannot test this at the moment, though. If anyone with some experience with High-Contrast themes want to have a look, feedback is welcome. TIA.

A small update with some newish features:
- start using
:focus-visible
in Firefox where appropriate (that is: mostly on link elements). - first pass at using the
(prefers-contrast: more)
media query which will be supported soon (April 2021) in Safari.

Re: [phw_sandSpace], an admin theme for TXP CMS 4.7 and 4.8
Version 4.8.6, ready for Textpattern 4.8.6 4.8.7. This release sees some notable changes beyond the usual compatibility-and-bug fixes.
- Classic Edge, version 18 and older, is no longer supported. Microsoft is leaning hard on users to move on to ChromiumEdge anyway.
- A browser that has reasonable support for CSS logical properties (Safari 12.1+, Chromium 85+, Firefox 70+ and their equivalent on handheld devices)
- CSS grid and CSS custom properties were already required.
- Improved support for forced colours, aka “high contrast”, OS themes on Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge, and tentatively Firefox 89+).
- Lots of optimising, simplifying and modernising the style code-base.
- Improved Write panel on small screen devices: the “Save” button is now pinned at the bottom of the screen (that is something I had implement a while ago for a client but apparently never pushed to a public release).
Edit: well… Textpattern 4.8.6 became version 4.8.7…

V 4.8.7: some bug fixes, some polishing with an improved “Preview” dialog on the Write panel (amongst other goodies I made it wider for tablet users, as there is no way to resize or move it on touch devices).

Thank you for your continued work on this theme. It’s a lovely scheme and I use it regularly.
P.S. your latest download link above needs your domain adding to it.

update for Textpattern 4.8.8
- misc. bug fixes
- improved support for higher-contrast and force colours OS theming
- various (small) performance optimisations and modernisations
PS – I had planned to start using LCH colours for those browsers that support it (1), but did not get that far.
