For people who still have trouble with removing everything Flash player / plugin related from their Macs,
Rich Trouton has written a small shell script to help with this.

Or, it seems the Flash player itself has a uninstall option buried somewhere.

(untested has everything Flash related has long disappeared from my Macs).
