Re: RFC: roadmap detour -- Textpack translations
Thanks, Phil, totally forgot about your static layout pages, very useful.
Re password grading: All possible German terms for “weak” exceed the given 28% width of the underlying colour bar. That’s not as tidy and neat as in English but necessary, sorry!

Re: RFC: roadmap detour -- Textpack translations
I just found that the German translation of Custom Fields (“Benutzerdefinierte Felder”) won’t fit into the 23.5294% width of #prefs_switcher
, the second word is completely removed. It needed 28% or more. Or a more wrapping white-space value on the .switcher-list li
. Which is all but beautiful.

Re: RFC: roadmap detour -- Textpack translations
Another structural finding: In order to not potentially overlap the term “Site” (h2#prefs_group_site-label
) with longer translations than “Preferences” or “Einstellungen”, the h1.txp-heading
is best made the first item immediately inside the form#prefs-form
..

Re: RFC: roadmap detour -- Textpack translations
Actually I think I need to move the heading out of the first column so it sits above. Will add this to my issue list. Thanks Uli.
