You can download a unstable development build from here. Will have pretty new interface, track revisions and display diffs, but can not revert.
Contributions and pull requests are always welcome. I myself haven’t touched to the plugin in close to a year.

I am very interested in a working version of your plugin. Now I have installed the development version 4.x of TextPattern (rev 5849).
Could it be possible to pay you for finishing the work? How much would it cost?
