Client can't open the login e-mails generated by Textpattern ... !?

Via the admin tab you can instruct Textpattern to mail a login to a person (e-mailadress). That password … can that be send to the admin too? Because in case the client has lost the password or can’t open that specific e-mail can get the login from the admin. I know you can make a new one, but now I’ve a client that can’t open the e-mails which are generated by Textpattern … !? … I don’t know why … so I thought maybe there is another way of dealing with it. Is there?

Hi there is a plugin that let you put a password directly into admin txp without having to email it here
