The plug-in is compatible with Textpattern 4.4.1
After installing in the write tab this massage appears:

Notice: Undefined index: wet_quicklink_loading in /var/www/vhosts/***.***.***.***.ip/httpdocs/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php(653) : eval()'d code on line 94

wet_peex is installed and updated to last version.

I upgrade Textpattern from 4.2.0 to 4.4.1
It could be the problem?

Or MLP incompatibility?

Same here, wet_quicklink reports the following in my TXP 4.4.1 (in a multi-site installation, no MLP):

This should have been fixed since wet_quicklink version 0.8. Are you using the latest version already?

This would happen when the site’s language is neither German nor English, as the plugin contains only textpacks for these two languages.

Try to add a textpack in your site’s language. Here’s a sample in English (replace the language code en-gb with one which matches your site’s language setting and change the two right-hand translations, then paste in into the Textpack box at the bottom of Admin > Preferences > Language):

#@admin
#@language en-gb
wet_quicklink_insert_link => Insert Link
wet_quicklink_loading => Loading…

Thanks Robert, this works very well. Could you add en-us to the official 0.8.2 release of wet_quicklink? I guess this would be very helpful for those who actually use english textpacks but with the different locale.

Or generally, is there a way to introduce a more speaking error message that could indicate a missing translation string?

I just had two other clients ask for the functionality of easily inserting article links into the tinymce editor. Any chance you were able to take a look to see if it can be done . I can get around the issue with one of them using quicklink in custom fields but the other two are a little more difficult.

I recently found that after an upgrade fom TXP 4.2.0 to 4.4.1 wet_quicklink stopped popping up. The reason was bot_wtc: after recreating its table wet_quicklink was back alive.

I tried to install wet_quicklink (Txp 4.5.1) … nope … Internal Server Error. The wet_peex did install. What to do to solve this problem … if it is one!

This worked GREAT changing the gb to us! Thanks! Killed the error!

wet_quicklink and textpattern 4.6.2 conflict with some plugins.

wet_quicklink and textpattern 4.7.0 many errors:
