Tried that…. but it still says “Insert Failed” when I click on Insert -> Image

I did that and it helped in 4.3.0 but it seems to have stopped working in 4.4.0? (edit: sorry, this site is still on 4.3.0, still, it stopped working at some point). Meaning: nothing happens when any of the ‘insert’ links is clicked…

I will try an upgrade to 4.4.0 first.

I applied Tommy’s fix on two 4.4.0 installations and it works fine now.

Strange, I just updated the site to 4.4.0 and it still doesn’t work with Tommy’s fix.

For me the same.
I did tonny’s fix on 4.4.0 and still I get insert failed message.

no fix to this issue, but a recommendation from my side:

use bot_image_upload

Can your plugin do the same. Putting images in text with the write tag.
And can both plugins work at the same time ?

let me get this clear:
are you using the images inside the body or are you using them in the article_image field..?
cause bot_image_upload adds the images into the article_image or any other custom_field..

i guess you cant insert images into the body with the bot thing.

but i guess thats were your issue is, since the fix of tommy may just fix the “insert article_image” thing..

both plug-ins do work at the same time, yes.

hmmm. strange behavior i’d say. i just installed the plug-in with the fix on a 4.4 installation and it worked.. wtf??
