[contrib] bug: html quoting
Hi,
(version: Textpattern 4.0.3; the bug can also be tested at http://textism.com/tools/textile/)
I hope this is the correct way to report bugs (I did not find a bug tracking system for textpattern).
I want to put the text “<url>” on a webpage.
I tried both “<url>” and “<url>” in the article.
Expected results: I expected Textile to translate this to “<url>” in HTML, so it is displayed as “<url>” in a browser.
Actual results: Textile does not add, but instead removes quotes. It converts “<url>” in an article to “<url>” in HTML, resulting in no output in a browser.
Workaround: specify “&lt;url&gt; in the article.

Re: [contrib] bug: html quoting
Works as expected in more recent versions of Textpattern. We’re at 4.0.6 now.
