[contrib] bug: html quoting

Hi,

(version: Textpattern 4.0.3; the bug can also be tested at http://textism.com/tools/textile/)

I hope this is the correct way to report bugs (I did not find a bug tracking system for textpattern).
I want to put the text “
” on a webpage.

I tried both “
” and “
” in the article.
Expected results: I expected Textile to translate this to “
” in HTML, so it is displayed as “
” in a browser.

Actual results: Textile does not add, but instead removes quotes. It converts “
” in an article to “
” in HTML, resulting in no output in a browser.

Workaround: specify “<url> in the article.

Re: [contrib] bug: html quoting

Works as expected in more recent versions of Textpattern. We’re at 4.0.6 now.
