No, that is not what I said. I only said I can’t (read: did not) reproduce it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Just a guess: Are you using the article ID in your clean URLs?

Re: asv_tumblelog
I am having the same problem as some of the people above, namely that when I manually update the feeds, I see “Success!” for every feed, but then it lists “Not importing” for every record in the feed. This has happened with three feeds I tested: twitter, tumblr, and a textpattern install hosted elsewhere. I have tried manually resetting the date, but the same thing happens.
TXP version: 4.0.4
asv_tumblelog version: 1.6.1
Simplepie version: 1.1.1
I’d appreciate any advice you have. Thanks.

Markus-
Yes, with the exact same result. But…
I installed 1.6.2 of the plugin and tried that again, and it worked! So who knows. But I’m happy now. Thanks!

Re: asv_tumblelog
New question: would you have any advice on controlling the author of a feed? I’d like to import two twitter feeds, from two different authors, and reflect that info properly via the author of the new post. I know this isn’t supported in the plugin, so I’d be happy to edit the PHP to make it work. If you have some advice about how to best attack this, please let me know.
Thanks.

Amit-
Thanks, but I don’t see that function in the code for the plugin. I see $AuthorID listed a few times. Should I just define it on or around line 1311?

Re: asv_tumblelog
Nevermind — I didn’t realize it was as easy as changing a field in the feed’s record in my database. I’m golden now.
One feature request: ability to specify section on a feed-by-feed basis.
Thanks!

Re: asv_tumblelog
Hi,
Is there uninstall instructions somewhere? I still have all of the asv_tumblelo preferences in my Preferences tab within Textpattern.
Wondering how to remove these? (This was from a much older version of this plugin).
Any help is appreciated.

Re: asv_tumblelog
I’m using asv_tumblelog to import a flickr RSS feed. Right now it appears that the date of each new post does not the original flickr image. That is, it uses the creation/import date/time as the timestamp on the new post. I’d like to set it (the datestamp of the newly ccreated post) to be exactly the same as the date-taken property of the photo (or, at the very last, date-posted). Is this possible?
Thanks,
-Sandy

Re: asv_tumblelog
variaas Hi Amit, good to hear from you and esp. the words ‘next version’.
asv_tumblelog is becoming a very valuable plug-in for me right now since del.icio.us allows 1,000 characters per description.
Will there be tag/keyword support in the next version?
This feature is #1 on my wishlist for asv_tumblelog.
