To make it easy to add an image to a post...

I’m looking for an easy way for my friend to post an image to her blog. I found this youtube video:

where they have an “add an image” bottom” on top of the write area. They can also add links, bold text etc just by clicking a button, like in Word. Can I get this possibility? How? Is it some kind of plugin or what…?
