Clear URL Mystery: Plugin suggested culprit!

<txp:rss_uc_filedunder section="articles" linktosection="articles" labeltag="h4" label="filed under" wraptag="ul" break="li" />

olgahow.com

I’ve set my site for ugly URLs, created a new fresh instance without the template to recreate issue – no luck, asked the group in the general support area, and they’ve sent me to you. :)

Is it possible that this plugin is requesting clean URLs even if I’ve set it on no clean URLs?

Thanks so much for your help!

Re: Clear URL Mystery: Plugin suggested culprit!

You could have read the plugins help file first or the documentery on wilshireone (that can be easily found via google by searching the plugin’s name or the exact tag, or by the plugins author URL on your plugin-tab list, or via the help file, where also is the answer). Yes, the answer is really simple and not fort of two seperate topic in my opinion ;)

And the answer is attribute called usemessy="1" – with that we get compliteness of:

<txp:rss_uc_filedunder usemessy="1" section="articles" linktosection="articles" labeltag="h4" label="filed under" wraptag="ul" break="li" />

Hope that helps :)

OK. I get a dorkenheimer award. :)
I’m an information architect and although I’ve worked with html and css this is my very first time working with a semi-developer hat on. I’m learning!

Thanks a million to all for their help!!!

More importantly I didn’t give that award nor nickname. But is it just so hard to read the documention. Everyone can read it but because some odd thing, ppl don’t do it in general, but instead always ask things here or there. And as we know, no one will remember the exact tag/attribute answers with out looking first, so these pointless questions are basically same than asking others to do the hard work for you.

And no, it doesn’t need genius, to able to read, it’s a thing that everyone can do. Some guys really don’t speak English, but this isn’t the issue at this time, if I’m correct. Althought, it’s kinda miracle that there is ppl that can’t speak English coz it should be required all around the world. But well, things aren’t pefecto, not ppl not even the nature. Always the weakest gets the blames.

Atlast, why did ya say “please stop the distribution” coz I didn’t do anything, and I’m not a genious. Not now, not then – not atleast by the test, actually I’m acting more like with heart than brainz. What is your number? Oh it’s higher than mine, well maybe your genius then?

And the answer is: Els Wins Year’s Genius award :D

A genius is a person of great intelligence, who shows an exceptional natural capacity of intellect, especially as shown in creative and original work. Geniuses always show strong individuality and imagination, and are not only intelligent, but unique and innovative. Geniuses are often accused of lacking common sense, or emotional sensitivity.
