Re: [contrib] Any one interested in helping make some video tutorials?

Hey Fellas,
I know it has been a little while, but I got a couple of video tutorials up. They are mostly for novice users I was testing out the work flow I came up with. Here are the links the first is for Installation the second is for adding content . The next one I was planning on doing was for the presentation tab. But it looks like you guys are looking for more advanced stuff, so I guess I will take requests. The turn around should be a little better as I have convinced my boss to let me spend work time on this. What do you guys think?
~Stylesheet
hate to see these videos being lost in the jumble of resources that is this forum.

I would like to see this initiative and energy rise again. We are in the process of redoing Txp’s look and speak, as you may know, and replacing the boring ol’ screenshots with some nice video demos would be a great thing in the process.
Key word there was “demos,” as opposed to tutorials. If you look at the current Txp site you’ll see the concepts/topics that could sensibly be recreated in a demo style and made available front and center like the fine EE web site does it.
If we can’t get this rolling, then the new site will have to rely on the boring ol’ screenshots.
As much as I would like to work on this, I have my hands full with wiki skinning and copy editing; however, a “demos” effort would be in line with the copy editing and with Matthieu’s wireframe efforts, so if your inclined to do some demo work, get busy and synchronized.
Then again, demos could always be rolled into place after site goes live, but you know…
