Can I strip the <p> tags from my forms?

Hi, when I use the txp tag to display the body of an article, it automatically wraps the body in <p> tags. Is there a way to remove this feature?

You mean disable Textile? Go to Admin>Preferences.

i tried changing the textile option to “leave text untouched” but it still wraps my article bodies in the <p> tag.

If you change the textile option, you have to re-save the articles involved.

Re: Can I strip the <p> tags from my forms?

It would be sweet to add a wraptag attribute to the txp:body and txp:excerpt tags so you could remove just the wraptag of them. On a site I’m currently working on I’m using txp:php to remove them but …

Maybe I should submit a patch ;).
