As for Coda, you guys are right – it just won’t do for textpattern, maybe it will do for little sites made only of static pages.

Is it also possible with Cocoamysql to edit the pages in a html editor like textmate?

Hicks is using it for TXP … here’s what he says about it:
“Just open a new tab, change it to preview mode (if it isn’t already) and the enter the address in URL bar, just like a browser. If you’re signed into the site in Safari or Camino, it will get you straight in. Coda remembers your tabs inbetween sessions, so once set up, it’ll always be there.”
