How do I make textpattern fit in with my website
Ok, I have it all installed and working. How do I now make it fit in with my website. You can view my website design at http://iqdesign.netzed.co.uk. My textparttern is at http://iqdesign.netzed.co.uk/archives. If you would like any more information please let me know.

You’re kidding, right?
- You should just install textpattern at the root.
- Also…..why are you on a windows webserver? Are you doing .NET work?
- Have you looked at the other pages you already have up? Validation errors everywhere.

What I’m confused about is the question: “How do I now make it fit in with my website.” You’ll need to be more specific than that.

Re: How do I make textpattern fit in with my website
I don’t care about the validatation. It bores me. Well that is something I just chucked together yesturday. I should change to linux then. I have linux as well. I will change to linux if that is easier and no I am not doing .net. I want to know how to make the txp scripts fit into my web sites design so when you read the archives you read it on a page on my website with the same theme as the rest of iqdesigN.
Thanks

- Bookmark the Textbook
- Start with Getting Started with Textpattern
- Once you understand a few basics, consult the tag index
- Instead of trying to recreate your layout immediately, modify the default pages and forms, to see what you’re doing. Then fit it in.
There is a learning curve to Textpattern, but start small, then progress. Worst case (or easiest), you can hire someone to create all the Textpattern code for you.
