Link text not properly escaped
Hi
When creating links in articles the link text is not properly escaped. This results in the page being invalid (x)HTML.
I have an example here:
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fthomasdamgaard.dk%2Fblog%2F
In this article I have the link "Casper & Mandrilaftalen":http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casper_og_Mandrilaftalen.
The & should be escaped to &. The PHP function html_special_chars will do this.
