Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr

I think so. I will try it out and send you instructions, if it works.

@theLostShirt:

Put this code in an article or template, it should be close to what you want. Of course you still need to wrap some divs around it and some other stuff.

<code>
<txp:vdh_flickr_env nsid=“43973976@N00” listmode=“text” />

<txp:vdh_flickr_set_list wraptag=‘ul’ break=‘li’ nsid=“43973976@N00” listmode=“text” />

<txp:vdh_flickr_thumbnails_list nsid=“43973976@N00” wraptag=“ul” break=“li” listmode=“img” />

<txp:vdh_flickr_if_img>
<txp:vdh_flickr />
</txp:vdh_flickr_if_img>
</code>

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr

Thanks!

I’ll work it out sometime, just need some time. I wounder if you used bos_image_display it use a “display image here”-tag, and that kind of tag would be a ideal for me at least. I know that it may be hard to make, but I could at least add it to the wish-list.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr

I’m currently working on a complete rewrite of the plugin based on phpflickr. Layouts like the one you described above will be easier to implement then.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr

Hello. I have a big problem with connecting my site to flickr…. I installed the plugin, changed my nsid in the plugin settings, put the tags into page template but it says “Failed to connect to flickr.com!” I have PHP 5 with SimpleXML enabled while I don’t have DOM-XML enabled in my PHP 4.3. Can it be the cause of this connection problem? Thanx

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr

First make sure which version of php you have – the code that processes xml is completely different for php versions 4 and 5.

Furthermore, this error message turns up whenever something is wrong. It’s very difficult to tell what it is. That’s why I decided to completely rewrite the whole plugin. If I find some time this weekend, it is possible that I release something to try out next week.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr

Looks good, SimpleXML is enabled. So I don’t really know what’s the matter.

Too much beer this weekend. But you can mail me any time for a snapshot, it’s already quite usable.
