TXP Starter Blog from TXPTALK
The only mention I could find of this theme was in the midst of a different discussion so I thought I would make a post for it.

I tried it out on a blog I am relaunching (Single Boxing) and I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to get started.
If you are looking for a modern, responsive (based off of Bootstrap) TXP Theme give this a try.
