Removing a previous Textpattern install

I just recently cam back to textpattern after playing around with it about 18 months ago. I thought I had removed all traces from my last install from my hosting, but I went to install a fresh textpattern setup and when i was working through the setup i noticed that it knows textpattern was installed in the past. Is there any hidden files I may have missed I need to remove to have a completely clean start?

Re: Removing a previous Textpattern install

there are no hidden files except the .htaccess file which is invisible to mac users.
Maybe you did not delete the database.

Re: Removing a previous Textpattern install

That would be presence of the file being named config.php versus config.php.default. Temporarily remove that file while you go through the first part of the install process (generating the contents of config.php).

Re: Removing a previous Textpattern install

I cleaned out all the old files on my server, but an old file .localized was there from before, does this come from Textpattern in older versions?
