Google Sitemap Stats
I am unable to get stats from Google Site Maps because of this problem
“We’ve detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a status of 200 (OK) in the header.”

Re: Google Sitemap Stats
Do you use sencer’s <a href=“http://forum.textpattern.com/viewtopic.php?id=8818”>plugin</a>?
If yes it is best to post this in the right thread.

Re: Google Sitemap Stats
There isn’t a problem with creating the sitemap which is what I believe the plugin does. The problem is that to veriffy that you own the site so that google will show you stats on the site you have to place a file with a specific name provided by google on your server. Google won’t accept this if you return a 200 when you should get a 404.

Re: Google Sitemap Stats
It looks like you are using a plugin which sends a 301 and then a 200 response when an invalid url is being tried to access. You can try it out by tying in
lighthousechurchmarina.com/somethingyoumadeup
Try disabling each of your plugins until the behaviour goes away. Then ask in the thread of the plugin whether there is something that can be done about it.
