Under ‘admin’ -> Comments you find a checkbox:
Present comments as a numbered list? No/Yes.
If you check Yes your commentslist will be displayes as ol, li. If you check No you have to wrap your comments in divs. Styling the comments is possible within the form called comments. You find that form under ‘presentation – > forms’ on the right sidebar. Style the comments form as you like via css.

I style my comments with .commentstyle, and I did <code>.commentstyle p {margin: 2px 0}</code>, but it didn’t work!
