link_to_prev & link_to_next with attribute "time"

when you have a series of articles in the future (they are upcoming events), link_to_prev on an individual article (event) page will link to the first article available that’s in the past (not necessarily the prev article)

it would be good to have attribute time="any" for this tag

And link_to_next/prev would also be better if it could link within section, outside section, within category or outside category, like it did for a while, I believe, with Zem Nav.
