Events-calendar
I would like to have an events-calendar with posted events date stamped in future time.
Ideas? anyone?

Re: Events-calendar
There are several options for this including the standard article_custom tag, the smf_eventarticle plugin or rss_suparchive. Just search a bit in this forum or read this excellent article by Zem:

Re: Events-calendar
Or even this one which discusses how to set up a monthly archive plus how to set it to use future posts, all with native TXP tags.

Re: Events-calendar
then there’s always mdp_calendar which creates a visual calendar and has no problems with future events. It’s sorely in need of updates, but it’s free, and can be cajoled into behaving.
I’m using it here

I like your version, seems straightforward enough.
Could I use some of your code?
BTW. how do you get date stamps on some posts but not others?
I see that your main articles is without date stamps, but the ones in the calendar are stamped.
And I love that “Upcoming events” just that thing that I’ve been looking for.
