shopping cart plugin
i’ve been looking around for alternatives to and giving a lot of thought about a shopping cart/ecommerce plugin for txp. i’m a designer, and so i’m eternally envious of anyone who can write the code they need. basically, i’m seriously interested in supporting whatever effort it takes to make this happen. ideally, i’d love this plugin to simply add inventory reduction (when something is sold out, it automatically becomes unavailable) and work nicely with paypal ipn. i think it should take full advantage of everything that txp and paypal already provide (txp can obviously build the catalog already, and paypal has a shopping cart and checkout system that’s sufficient) with this plugin simply tying together the workflow.
is anyone else interested in working on this? i realize we’re all busy, but i’m confident that i can pull together any other resources or talent that it might require.

Re: shopping cart plugin
thanks tinyfly. since that thread is about one person’s project that may or may not produce a usable plugin, i’m going to add to this thread that someone used a shopping cart php class as the basis of a txp shopping cart plugin. certainly seems to satisfy what i’m looking for.

Re: shopping cart plugin
Are you saying Webforce used that code in txp?
Not sure what you mean…..there’s no mention of txp at that link.
