Sidebar not contained

Hello,

I just extended my sidebar to contain more things, and when I look at an individual entry page it extends beyond the container. How can I make the container extend to cover the remaining content in the sidebar? The site is:

http://www.mrjerz.org/

and an example of my problem is at:

http://www.mrjerz.org/blog/650/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Add clear: both; to #footer.
