[wiki] Change needed in the TxB Tags breadcrumb nav

Bringing this to attention, especially to rsilletti and maniqui (I can’t get to it at the moment, or in the near future).

All the tag pages in TextBook have a breadcrumb navigation at top (very handy). The first link in that breadcrumb path, Textpattern Tag Index, points to the old “Appendix” page, which is destined to be dropped from TxB now that it’s obsolete. What we should probably be doing now is following the convention of the main page, which is to call the alphabetical list the “Index” and point to it as such. Hence, I would suggest we change the breadcrumb trail to match that behavior by dropping the first link in the breadcrumb links altogether, and change the label for the second link to read differently.

I.e., for the first two links in the breadcrumb trail, change the underlying syntax from this…

[[Textpattern Tag Definitions|Textpattern Tag Index]]  |  [[Alphabetical Tag Listing|Alphabetical Tag List]]

to this…

[[Alphabetical Tag Listing|Tag Index]]

and that will make it jive all around. Anyone who has some time to help make these changes to each page using the breadcrumb, that would be swell. (A javascript include would be handy about now.)
