Textile and Markdown side-by-side
Is there any interest in having Textpattern support both Textile and Markdown as markup languages? I’ve seen a number of ways that let you replace Textile with Markdown, but I’ve not seen one that lets you use both Textile and Markdown, which makes me wonder how many would find this feature useful.
I’ve written a patch that implements this feature, but it’s a bit rough. Is there interest in this feature? Should I submit it as a patch?

Re: Textile and Markdown side-by-side
Hey that’s sweet. Is there any advanced idea of whether they will work in unison (both working in the same article, for example) or will you have to select which to use ahead of time for each article? I’d make an inexperienced guess the former is probably a nightmare (if even possible) and so should expect the latter.

Zem, any tips on how to get this to work ? Apart from getting the MarkDown file, that is..
