Import From B2 - Comments out of whack

Hi,

I am brand new to textpattern and so far I really like it. I will have to get used to using tags and such but so far not a huge problem.

The issue I am having is with comments. I have searched through the forums and can’t seem to find an answer. The comments seem to be appending themselves whereever they want. I have a couple new posts that have comments appended that do not belong to that post. They actually belong to a post that was created in December. I assume it probably has something to do with the import but I am not sure how to go about fixing it other than possibly clearing out the comments table all together and letting it start from scratch with the new posts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Rick

Re: Import From B2 - Comments out of whack

I imported my own site to Textpattern with that import and didn’t have such problems.

Are you sure the probles don’t exist in b2 already?
Are you using the default-template or something else? (it could be a template issue).

Otherwise can you provide some sample-data so I can test and confirm the problem (which is necessary before I can fix it).

Re: Import From B2 - Comments out of whack

As far as I know the comments are correct in B2. I still have it live on my site until I get textpattern the way I want it.

As far as templates go I am using the andreas02 template.

What kind of sample data do you need and what format?

Thanks for the help.

A partial dump from a b2 database. The minimum that’s necessary to demonstrate the problem.
