Do plugins have to be in the "extension" tab?
I working on a project with a couple people and was wondering if it breaks something to put a admin-side plugin under the content tab? I can understand if I planned on distributing this that putting under the extension tab keeps with the standard, but this is designed specifically for our project.
Are there any concerns to putting a tab in the content sections with an admin-side plugin?

It works for the Newsletter Manager but I was expecting everything to be under the extension tab so I thought there was a problem before I reread the help files.

I think, only some of the plugins that need some easy settings by the end-user have an entry in the extension tab.
