Browse seems to lock site

My new textpattern site is now up at http://www.wrightplace.co.uk

Can anyone explain how to get ‘browse’ to work – it currenlty locks my site – I have put articles into categories – this doesn’t seem to help.

This is what is sitting in the sidebar:

<txp:search_input label=“Search” wraptag=“p” /> <txp:popup type=“c” label=“Browse” wraptag=“p” />
<txp:feed_link label=“RSS” /> / <txp:feed_link label=“Atom” flavor=“atom” />

Also the RSS link [business] just results in a download with:

– businessarticles – business

What I am getting wrong with both of these issues.

Many thanks for any advice.

Cheers!

Mike

Re: Browse seems to lock site

Wrap your code in < code> < /code> tags (without the spaces).

About those articles in your categories, is the section they are in set to be displayed on the front page? Category lists use the front page by default.

I also said this:

Don’t know about the RSS, sorry.

Re: Browse seems to lock site

Hi Zem,

Yes – when you select a category in the browse box – my site just displays a blank page and just appears to stop functioning. I have categorised the articles [I think, correctly].

As to your RSS concern—please look at the post titled Troubleshooting Feed Issues.

That doesn’t seem to be the case right now on http://www.wrightplace.co.uk/. This FAQ might help, or this.
