How would I display files with post features?
What I’d like to do is prsent files in the same way as posts are presented. For example, I would like to display the 5 latest file uploads, or the latest uploads in a file category. Is this possible? I’m playing with e107 and textpattern, and so far e107 offers this useful function.

Ok that’s very cool and very handy never seen that before, but is there a way to remove things like: file: download: – where would I edit whether it displays somethings and not others, category I assume goes by file category?
EDIT: N/m found the files form.
What’s the best way to create a page with all the downloads?

Create a new section called Files and a new page called files and include the files tag into the page screen along side your layout elements.
