Ta
It’s been becoming less and less fun for me, and today brings me to the end. I’ve un-admined myself and I’m out.
Files for those that want them, to use, modify, adopt, distribute, whatever, ‘cuz they’re under gpl anyway.
Thanks to the folks those that made it fun, while it lasted.
Peace.

Hi Mary,
When you give your all to a project, there are times when you feel like it’s not worth the effort. I know, I’ve had the same thoughts on certain projects that I’m involved with.
May I make a suggestion, take a step back and be less active. Remove the world of TXP from your shoulders, let it be fun again.

Hi Mary
Your plug-ins have been invaluable to the txp community and your contribution to the development of txp is very visible, especially in the 4.0.3 release.
I am sorry to see you go and wish you better spirits in your next project.
Yiannis

Re: Ta
Hi mary, what has happened? Please say it ain´t so. Please express your frustrations and let´s see if we can change it. Noone knows what hit you and so we can not do anything about it.
Hope it was not my email? Will you let me/us know? Please let us help you. Okay?

Re: Ta
I join many people here in wishing you were staying… not only will we definitely miss you, but it’s an invaluable loss to this community. I don’t know what happened, or if “something” happened (sometime, as you say, the fun is not there anymore), but it’s a damn shame it happened whatever it was and whoever might have lead you to the exit… Whatever folks would be happy to see you leave are plain st%p*d, sorry but there no other way to say it. One can disagree about the way to go about things, but valuable people are easily recognizable.
Anyway, I was just writing yesterday that you and Sencer were the soul of this forum since Dean seems pretty much out of the picture lately. Communities evolve, and maybe the “pioneers’ spirit” I have come to like ever since I joined here has started to fade a little bit… it’s sad, but normal process…
I hope I cross your path again on the web, so many nice projects around !

Re: Ta
Mary. First a very, very big thank you! for all you’ve done so far.
Don’t know what happened exactly. But I wish you the best, whatever you decide to do…
though I hope you’ll keep in touch with textpattern project.
