Admin Interface

Hi all,

The tab bar images in the admin interface were getting to me (you know the designer types!) so I went and made some modifications. I’ve done up some new images, and is now also tableless just for fun.

If anyone wants to use my new images (they are the same colours as the old ones) then they can grab them from here:

http://esb.neuance.net/tabbar.zip

There is an HTML version in there too, so you can see the images before putting them in for real.

Some changes to the style sheet too, the changes are at the bottom.

Hope people like them,
Douglas

Re: Admin Interface

Hi – could you post a screenshot? It would be good to see them before fiddling…

Re: Admin Interface

Try this:

The tabs are stretchy. They will take up 15% each by default, with a min-width of 120px for the top row, and 100px for the bottom row in standards compliant browsers. In IE, the minimum width is the width of the text plus some padding.

Re: Admin Interface

Sorry Doug – I didn’t realise it was you until I saw the domain name! (Nice job on that CSS box model animation BTW!)

Re: Admin Interface

Can this be converted into an admin side plugin? That would be awesome.

Re: Admin Interface

I desided to style my admin. Logo and header color are form textgarden.org, hope it is “legal” to use that logo?

Nothing fancy, just had extra time few hours so made I a quick alteration. Here´s a link to screenshot

Re: Admin Interface

phiw13,

I was looking and hoping maybe you might look into updating for the changes in 4.03. It doesn’t hurt to ask:)
