If section for error default?
Is it possible to use an if section, instead of a whole template page for error_default?
If so would the section name be error_default?

No, this is not possible. Given that an error usually indicates some problem, it is probably a good idea, to keep error-pages relatively simple (so that you avoid cascading errors).
If you want to share markup between different pages, the use of forms and <txp:output_form form="nameofform" /> is the preferred way to achieve this.

What about this? How do I and can I or could it be done?
Case: Site with two languages, fi and en.
Site uses different headers and footers based on selected language. So when you´re browsing the site in finnish sections and you get an error, I´d like to show error_default with finnish header and footer. When user gets error on english pages, that would show for example error_default_en with english header and footer.
