TXP ignoring non-english typography?

Hi!

I am writing my website in German in a german-localised TXP and I wonder if there are any plans to make not only TXP appear in the preferred language, but also to take care of this very language’s typography. Just one example:

Although I work with a German TXP, a quote will appear like this: “this is a quote” whereas in German language, it should be like this: „this is a quote“.

Now my question is: Is there any plan to include a genuine typography-database for every language or not? Meaning that if I install the german-language-pack (or any other language) I can choose whether to use the english/int’l or the german typography…

(I ask this, because when I started using TXP this typography-thing was one of the most important aspects of TXP.)
