file upload path, help please
Greetings,
I’ve moved an install of 4.0.2 (r1076) from one domain to another. Everything seems fine except the file upload path, which Textpattern claims is not writable. This is what I have done to resolve the problem, unsuccessfully:
Changed the file upload path in the advanced preferences. I tried many variations of what the path could possibly be. Current unsuccessful attempt is: /files
changed chmod settings to 777 in my FTP client
changed the permissions settings via my domain control panel to drwxrwxr-x
made sure nothing was password protected inadvertently
repeatedly deleted and recreated the /files directory, setting the chmod settings to 777 every time, to no avail
