Change "Comments" text?

Okay,
I have the following code in my article form:
<code><txp:comments_invite /></code>

and when I look at it in the browser it displays the link “Comment” with the number of comments as it should.

Now, how would I go about changing the text “Comment” to something like “What other Users Think”?
Where is this defined?

You can change the default “Comment” by going to the admin section>preferences. Scroll down to where it says “Default invite,” and type in anything you want for the new comment invite. You can also change this for individual articles. When you’re posting a new article, there’s a spot in the right sidebar that says “invitation” with an input field below.
