The text in Features > History could use a little structure (subheadings,..).

While I really like the distingiushed silvery colour scheme I consider the grape text color of the active section menu somehow disturbing. I’d suggest to highlight the active section with a darker shade of (maybe) grey background, alternatively an off-white foreground or a colour extracted from the section splash images and change text color accordingly.

My 2c.

I certainly agree with your suggestion for the structure of the History page.

I’ll also experiment with some more ideas for highlighting the active menu.

I’ve not dug under the hood but first impression looks good and attractive. I’m sure it will serve your clients well.

One minor and easy to rectify thing I noticed immediately: The view from the side that is sometimes shown on the homepage is not straight, the horizon slopes and with it the house.

I’ll look into the sloping horizon issue. Maybe the house does actually slope like this? I’ll have to check.

I thought it was going to be a hip hop themed hotel. You know, like “Busta Rhymes” hotel? Hip hop or not, it’s still a lovely site.
