Stumbled across that one today too. Had a hunch it was Txp powered. Very kickass.

That site takes it to a deeper zone. Such a nice attention to detail. Lovely flourishes are everywhere. Quite an original layout, too.

The external links work through a javascript. Take a look here . The multi tasking grid layout is pretty cleaver too.

I love the way the site layout changes with different resolutions/size of window.
I know I have seen the technique in some site (distributing it under the cc agreement). I wish I have bookmarked the url…
