Wrong post date
Hi guys,
Textpattern gets my article URLs wrong if I post my articles before 1pm. For example, I just posted this article (http://www.itchyhands.com/2005/12/18/sync-firefox-bookmarks-with-foxmarks) where you can see the article URL is 18 Dec, but if you look at the post date on the article it is actually 11.21 am 19 Dec. However if I set the article post date after 1pm the article URL is correct.
I’ve double checked my timezone in the preferences – it’s GMT+8 (I’m in Malaysia) and my web host has also double checked the server settings and its correct. What’s going on here? Advice much appreciated.

Re: Wrong post date
This is a known problem. The URL dates use the server local timezone. There’s no easy solution.

bah! at least it’s good to know i’m not alone, and thinking i was going crazy with all the date changes :-D
i’ve got 2 photoblogs using /year/month/day/title as permalinks so it’s a real pain for me. for now i just make sure and change all timestamp to after 1300h.
