First version of my first Textpattern site
Only a basic site but I think it does the job, it is designed as a companion for the main website which I built to promote our holiday apartment. If I ever get the time and confidence I may extend the blog to replace the rest of the site.
Any thoughts, problems, etc appreciated. Thanks for the help I got here which got me this far.

Lookin’ good. Have you tried to pull out any colors out of the image of the columns? the colors may equalize a bit.. Like a light tan for the content area with that sky blue for a nice 4px border and then maybe a brown a couple of tones darker for the background

Thanks for the idea, I may have a play at some point. The blog colour scheme is designed to match that of the main site, which itself was chosen to suggest the colours of the Mediterranean – blue sea/sky, golden sand and teracotta clay. I’ve had pretty positive feedback so any changes I make will just be subtle ones I think.
