Thumbnails of screenprints with rounded corners & drop shadows?
What software should I be using in Windows XP Pro to produce a small thumbnail (120×80 or smaller) with rounded corners and drop shadows?
Often I want to use a thumbnail of a screen in an article on my (Txp) weblog. It would be a link to the full-size image. However, I’d like for the thumbnail to have a drop shadow and rounded corners.
Any suggestions? Is there any screen print software that has a setting that allows you to take a rectangle from the larger image and automatically put rounded corners and shadows on the thumbnail? I don’t want to screenprint and edit in an image editor every time this need arises.

Photoshop.
You could use elements if you can’t afford much.

fireworks and gimp you could do it once and have the steps recorded
