How do I create an archive page

I want to create a page which archives all my posts(headers only) and the date they were posted. Is this possible? I would also like to do it with a links page and list all the links I have in the database. Any help is appreciated, Cheers.

Re: How do I create an archive page

If you prefer not to use a plug-in then have a read of this. I think it could be modified to work for links as well though to be honest I use mem_glinklist for mine. I’ll have to look at that. :)

Re: How do I create an archive page

Whats the usual URL for sections iin Text Pattern. Is it “index.php?id=about” or what?

What I really need to know is how to make a new page to put whatever content I want on it. Is that possible?
