I have problems with flickr, with a few thumbnails, I had to delete the photos, then to upload them again to make them appear on my site. If the issue is just a new link to point to, no doubt vdh_flickr will be corrected soon ;-)

Edit. I’ve had a look at the plugin’s php and I think It actually needs an update ;-)

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the old urls were supposed to keep on working. Now there is a new version (0.8.6), which uses the new url schemes instead:

I agree. At first I thought my wireless connection had recieved a boost or something! All of the images are loading faster since the update.

Another question:

I know about these options…

open=”self|window|flickr”
self (default): opens images within the website
window: opens image in a new window
flickr: opens image within the flickr.com website

I’m displaying the latest photo on my front page using [txp:vdh_flickr_thumbnails nsid=“12345678@N00” open=“self” latest=“1” /]. But at present, the “self” designation opens the picture on the same page (in my case, the front page where I have the code). I’m wondering if there’s a way to have the image open up at the photos page (in my case, www.cornerstonecrc.net/photos) instead of on the front page.

Hi,

I don’t have the DOM XML extension compiled into PHP on my server. Is there some way around this? Can i upload files to my server and use an include/require function call?

At the moment I’m stuck with this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: domxml_open_file() in /home/xxx/public_html/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php(455) : eval()’d code on line 612

No, you definately need dom xml, if your host is running php4. Maybe you should ask your host about upgrading to php5 or recompiling php4 with dom xml enabled…

Ah, and @ccrc:

You can use use_articleurl=”1” to change the urls to domain.com/section/article. But I think currently there is no way to use domain.com/section.
