Super frustrated

I have searched in this forum and in the textbook for a step by step workflow guide, but all I could find are bits and pieces that don’t make much sense to me. The FAQ has helped me some.

Can anybody recommend a good tutorial on how one uses the tags in the page to refer to the specific forms?

I understand how the article tag works so far, but can’t figure out how the comment form is called from the archive page and where I have to put what code in order to make it work.
