That’s awfully peculiar. It’s as though the schema for <code>txp_image</code> has gotten fouled up somehow.
I’d suggest dropping <code>txp_image</code> and recreating it from scratch with the right schema, but I can’t advise how to do it through phpMyAdmin, as I only have experience with the mysql command-line client.

But if I drop txp_image, will Textpattern replace it automaticly?

Well, if you have a way to run SQL, you can recreate it as such:
