Sticky articles not included in search

The current search SQL includes <code>Status = 4</code> in the <code>WHERE</code> clause, thus sticky articles are not included in the search. Is this by intention? I would suggest that it at least be made a configurable option; there may be some sites where it’s useful to search sticky articles.

Agreed. Just noticed that too, could be annoying..

Kurt: Did you manage to get results with Stickies when changing the WHERE clause? I didn’t..

With 4.0.3, try <txp:article searchsticky=1 />.

Good to know about search sticky. Is there a way to make rss_live_search also search sticky articles?
